PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY
Christina Mokwa is widely considered one of the most powerful emerging voices of the modern psychedelic movement, serving survivors through her specialized expertise in child sexual abuse treatment, intergenerational trauma, and grounded spirituality.
By embodying her lived experiences, honoring her inner guide, and speaking her truth into being, Mokwa is redefining the face of psychedelic advocacy, in an attempt to bring other survivors healing and hope.
Her deepest dream is to bring plant medicine to all those for whom it is meant – releasing them from the burdens and bounds of generational trauma – so that they may live more fulfilled, thoughtful, and compassionate lives.
As a trauma educator, child sexual abuse awareness advocate, and multidisciplinary creative, Mokwa serves clients, students, and institutions internationally through a variety of programs, services, and community initiatives. Speaking truth to power is one of her greatest passions – whether via popular podcasts, large-scale events, or social media channels.
Mokwa maintains a primary residence in Palm Beach, Florida, and resides seasonally in Maui, Hawaii. When not sharing her story, working with clients, or volunteering, she prioritizes serving, documenting, and learning from indigenous communities and elders across the world.
She plans, in future years, to create a healing and education center dedicated to survivors of childhood sexual violence on the Big Island of Hawaii, offering a variety of holistic modalities to reconnect survivors – heart, soul, mind, and body.
As a student of the Shipibo, Mestizo, and Cherokee traditions, she sees herself as a single reflection of the endless expressions of the Great Spirit – and works with survivors of every color, creed, and culture.
Mokwa considers it an honor and a privilege to share her soul and story, and to cherish the collective experiences shared by other survivors. She considers her ultimate expression of passion and purpose championing those who have experienced the ravages of childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, and coercive control.
Her sincerest wish is to live a life serving and supporting survivors with the utmost care, deepest compassion, and fiercest protection.
